Why Bali?

Adapted from our successful 4-Day ‘Bootcamps’ in Margaret River (see video) we have added a 5th day and chosen Bali as the venue to further increase the ‘immersion’ and help cement a lot of what you will learn and be exposed to during your time with us.

Importantly, this isn’t your ‘traditional’ retreat and while all aspects of it are optional, we do start early and pack a lot into the days.

We tailor many aspects to the individuals (hence the small numbers) and work in the group too. There’s a lot to take in but we are flexible in the approach and manage the days accordingly. You have daily free-time to process and relax….it’s not all hard work!


Help to Keep on Track

And significantly, we give you a ‘plan’ for when you get back of how to move forwards and we follow-up with you after month 1 and 3 to ensure you stay on track.

We draw extensively from free-diving and breathwork, meditation and state-shift to understand areas of your life that are holding you back, break negative habitual patterns and create new positive ones that align with your future self.


Exercise and nutrition, somatic breathwork, ice baths, meditation, seminars, freediving techniques amongst other ‘tools’ make up a holistic approach to understanding how you got to this point in life and to empower you to make long-lasting change moving forward.

Coaching and workshops / 'education' enable a deep understading of the process involved in starting and making sustainable goals for long-lasting change.

Your beliefs will be ‘challenged’ and while our history and childhood will have absolutely influenced our lives so far, we focus more on the present and future rather than reliving the past.

Many people say this process ‘opens Pandora’s Box’ [in a good way!] and once you start to understand more and see positive changes, you can’t go back to your ‘old self’.

It is our passion to empower you throughout the camp and to give you the framework to maintain and build on the work we do, when you leave and go back to 'everyday life'.

We will give you a plan, processes, goals and tools to implement immediately after the retreat.

But we can't want it or do it for you. It's not easy and can be confronting at times, but for those that truly want to change any aspect of their life, this retreat will set you on a new direction.

While all aspects of the camp are optional, they 'stack' to form a powerful combination of learning and tools to take away with you.

This is not your 'average' retreat, 'reset' nor a 'band-aid' approach, we teach you the processes for significant behavioural and physical changes.

Frequently asked questions

What is your refund policy?

Unfortunately due to us being a small organisation and the small number of attendees and costs involved which need forward payments, we can only offer a refund if cancellation is before 90 days of the camp. A cancellation fee of $199 will be incurred. Sorry. Please consider your purchase carefully.

Can I bring my own food?

Yes indeed. We are happy to cater for specific dietry requirements too, so please talk to us about what suits you best.

Is the retreat alcohol-free?

While we do not provide alcohol and we are conscious that people consume alcohol sensibly, we're happy for you to bring your own drinks for the evening dinner.

Do I have to participate in the ice baths or any of the other activities?

Short answer is 'no'....long answer, is that we belive we will empower you and create a strong enough mindset to enable you to take the ice baths and see the benefit of the other activities. We guide you through the ice baths with a breathwork exercise beforehand and stay with you at all times.

I'd love to attend but can't get there until after the first day - can I still come along?

Due to the way the camp is structured and the way the workshops build on each other, plus the dynamic of group work, we can't accept people coming along after the start of the camp. We'd love to have you on the next one and can put you on the list for our next retreat being planned for September.
