From 19–23 October 2026, the Bali Emergency Care Conference welcomes medical and health professionals from all backgrounds. While sessions are especially relevant to those working in pre-hospital and acute care settings, everyone is welcome to attend.

Our flexible timetable features morning and evening sessions, giving you the freedom to make the most of your days exploring everything Bali has to offer. In 2026, we’ll also be offering optional discounted workshops, group day trips, and morning yoga sessions (additional fees apply).

EMS Conferences has secured exclusive accommodation offers at the stunning 5-star Trans Resort Bali, the official venue for the Bali Emergency Care Conference. Located in the heart of Seminyak, this luxury resort blends modern comfort with traditional Balinese design.

Twin-share rooms start from just $190 per night, including breakfast, for registered participants and their travelling companions. Rooms are limited and subject to availability, so we recommend booking early.

All tickets include 26 PD hours (interactive + e-learning), a fully catered opening event, and closing drinks. Optional workshops are available for an additional fee and must be booked in advance.
