Admission Policy:
Management reserves the right to deny entry, even with a valid ticket, if guests fail to comply with the dress code or conduct policies. Entry may be refused if a guest is suspected of being under the influence of alcohol or any substance, at the discretion of security staff.

No Refund Policy:
No refunds will be issued for denied entry due to non-compliance, including failure to present valid physical ID, intoxication, inappropriate behaviour, purchasing an incorrect ticket, or missing the cruise departure. Urban Beatz Events is not responsible for refunds in these cases.

Weather Conditions:
Rooftop access is subject to weather conditions. In case of adverse weather, rooftop areas may be restricted or closed for safety reasons.

Capacity Limits:
Rooftop access is limited and operates on a first-come, first-served basis. Once capacity is reached, access will be paused until space becomes available. Guests leaving the rooftop must re-queue for re-entry, subject to availability.

Media Consent:
By purchasing tickets, you consent to photography and videography at the event. Images and videos may be used for promotional and advertising purposes across our platforms.

General Rules:
