Murundaka is a cohousing community of 20 households in Heidelberg Heights, Victoria.Murundaka is also a cooperative, called Earth Common Equity Rental Co-operative Limited, and this event is run by Earth co-op.

Murundaka Cohousing Community & Earth Common Equity Rental Co-operative Limited

Come along and learn the basics of backyard chicken-keeping. This 2-hour workshop will cover the characteristics of different breeds (in order to make a selection that suits your setting and needs) as well as the housing and care of chickens. 
Participants will leave this workshop with the knowledge and confidence to begin keeping chickens and producing their own free-range eggs!
