Back to Ironbark | Class of 1978 Celebrating 50 Years since the 1976 Ironbark Experience
It is with great pleasure that the Class of 1978 invites you to celebrate 50 Years since you attended the Ironbark program in 1976.
The weekend, held over 25 - 27 September, is a way to celebrate the milestone marking half a century since you were one of the first classes in 1976 to be part of a program that has left a profound impact on many members of our College community.
It is a wonderful opportunity for those who have been a part of the inaugural Ironbark program to celebrate. The program includes:
Friday 25 September:
· Participants settle in at their chosen accommodation.
· Past Student Welcome Dinner at The Grand Old Crow Hotel, 32 William St, Crow’s Nest from 6:30 pm onwards. People order and pay for their own meal and drinks. Everyone is welcome

We look forward to welcoming you back to Ironbark.
Note:
- Those attending the reunion will need to find their own accomodation or are welcome to stay in the Ironbark dorms which are far more modern than you would remember with flushing toilets and regular shower cubicles. Please bring your own linen and pillow if you choose this option.
- Other accommodation options are available nearby in Crows Nest from pubs, caravan parks with cabins, B&Bs and hotels.
- Caravan and mobile homes are welcome too at Ironbark.
- Ravensbourne Escape https://ravensbourneescape.com.au/ are holding in reserve their holiday cabins for us. If anyone wishing to organise a group to stay together then Ravensbourne could be an option. It will be a case of first in first serve. You will need to contact them directly and mention you are attending the SPLC Ironbark reunion.
- Please feel free to bring photos and memorabilia for a display
