A practical, hands-on morning covering the fundamentals of soil testing and soil assessment in the paddock.

Join us for a practical, hands-on morning with Simon Mattsson (founder of CQSHS, Nuffield Scholar in soil biology, and consultant with Soil Land Food) as he shares the fundamentals of soil testing and soil assessment in the paddock.

Morning tea and BBQ lunch provided (please bring your own chair)

Simon will guide participants through the essentials of soil testing, including:

  • How to correctly take soil samples
  • Where to take soil samples for best results
  • How and where to send your soil samples
  • What to do when you receive your results
  • Assessing soil health directly in the paddock
