Babies attend with you — that’s part of the magic!

Who Its For

  • New mums wanting safe postnatal training
  • New dads wanting to stay active while bonding with baby
  • Parents looking for a welcoming space to move, chat, and recharge
  • Babies from 6 weeks to crawling (or safely contained in a carrier/pram)


No fitness experience needed — all levels welcome.

A fun and achievable workout that focuses on:

  • Postnatal-safe strength training
  • Core and pelvic floor rebuilding
  • Mobility and posture work
  • Light conditioning to boost fitness
  • Parent-baby bonding movements
  • A supportive community of like-minded parents


Your baby stays with you throughout the session (carrier, mat, capsule, or pram). All exercises are adaptable depending on how much sleep you had last night!👶
