Baby Massage

A 5 week infant massage program where you will learn safe and simple massage techniques

DID YOU KNOW that baby massage can help build confidence and trust between you and your little one? It’s also a great way to soothe their muscles and reduce stress.

Joun Mel for I AM ABLE for our five-week Infant Massage Program offers a special chance for you and your baby to:

• Bond and connect
• Learn from each other
• Enjoy precious moments together

Guided by a certified instructor, you’ll join a small, supportive group where you’ll learn safe and simple massage techniques.

This program helps you understand your baby’s unique cues and strengthen your bond, making you both more confident and connected.

In this baby-led space, your baby is the teacher, you’re the student, and our instructor is here to support you every step of the way.

Where: John McVeity Centre, 182 Peachey Rd, Smithfield Plains

When: Friday's for 5 weeks, commencing 6th March - 10th April (No class on Friday 3rd April - Good Friday Public Holiday)

Time: 12pm-1pm

Ages: for babies aged 0-10 months and their parent/carer

Cost: $10 for the whole 5 week program

Please Note: This ticket gives you access to the whole 5 week program - no need to book in every week.

Things to Remember:

- 1 ticket per participating child/caregiver couple is required

- Wear comfortable clothing that allows movement

-If you or your child/ren are unwell, please stay home
