B2BASE: A 6-week somatic series designed to develop tools for burnout

Overview

A 6-week somatic series to support burnout. Return to your baseline through somatic movement, nervous system support, and shared presence.

B2BASE is a space for people who feel tired in their bodies, nervous systems, and lives. Over 6 weeks, you'll be supported and guided back to your baseline.

What does baseline mean?

Baseline refers to the nervous system’s resting place, where we feel more regulated, present, and able to respond rather than react. B2BASE supports a gentle return to this state through somatic movement, rest, and shared regulation

This 6-week somatic series supports those experiencing burnout, ongoing stress, or simply the cumulative weight of life. It’s for moments when things feel a little too full, a little too fast, or when your system is asking for more care. Together, we slow down and gently reconnect with the body as a source of information, support, and steadiness.

Led by Charli and Tayla, qualified Psychotherapists and Yoga teachers, B2BASE brings together somatic movement, nervous system education, and shared reflection. The work is relational, trauma-informed, and grounded in both therapeutic understanding and embodied practice.

While individual support can be deeply valuable, healing also happens in relationship. Moving and being alongside others, witnessing and being witnessed, can reduce isolation, support nervous system safety, and gently restore trust and connection. The group context offers a sense of not being alone, while honouring clear boundaries and choice.

B2BASE is held as an inclusive, gender-expansive space, welcoming people of all genders, identities, and bodies. We recognise that healing is strengthened through diversity, shared presence, and belonging.

Rather than fixing or pushing through, the focus is on listening, restoring capacity, and finding a more sustainable rhythm, together.

What to Expect:

Each session is held as a calm, supportive space where you’re invited to arrive just as you are, whether tired, messy, sensitive, moody, prickly, or somewhere in between.

Across the six weeks, sessions gently weave together somatic movement, nervous system education, and shared reflection. Practices are slow, accessible, and offered with choice, supporting you to listen to your body rather than push or perform.

You can expect a steady rhythm of movement and rest, moments of quiet inquiry, and the option to share or simply be alongside others. The group setting offers a sense of connection and belonging, while respecting individual pace, boundaries, and autonomy.

Movement may include gentle yoga, supported rest, or intuitive exploration. Psychoeducation is shared in an accessible, non-clinical way, offering language and understanding for stress, burnout, and the ways life shows up in the body.

You’ll leave each session with practical tools to support daily life, and with a growing sense of steadiness, capacity, and trust in your own rhythms.

No prior yoga experience is needed.
