Ayurvedic Cooking Workshop: Plant-Based Proteins & Digestive Health

Time: 2:00pm – 4:00pm

This workshop focuses on plant-based proteins for building stamina and strength while gently detoxifying the gut.

You will learn:

  • How to make kitchari, a traditional Ayurvedic dish used for regular gentle detoxification
  • Why kitchari is ideal for digestive conditions such as Irritable Bowel Syndrome (IBS), Crohn’s disease, and Colitis
  • How to prepare a simple, quick protein pancake that supports muscle strength and endurance

This workshop is beneficial for:

  • Digestive disorders
  • Diabetes
  • Asthma and bronchitis

  • Sluggish lymphatic system

You will also learn how to cook legumes properly—for maximum nourishment and no gas.
