These pop-up workshops are an opportunity to explore healthy, nourishing Ayurvedic recipes that build immunity, vitality, and a clear mind.

Workshop 1: Nourishing Breakfasts for the Cooler Months

In this first pop-up workshop, Leanne will share sustaining breakfast options ideal for the cooler months. These breakfasts are designed to nourish and nurture the body while naturally calming the mind.

You will learn:

  • How to cook grains in a way that “activates” them, making them easier to digest, absorb, and assimilate
  • How spices are used in Ayurveda to support digestion and help break down gluten
  • How to make ghee (demonstration)

These breakfasts are:

  • Light, soothing, and deeply nourishing
  • Beneficial for slow metabolism, fatigue, anxiety, insomnia, low immunity, and chest congestion
  • Excellent for the nervous system—grounding, stabilising, and calming
  • Supportive of stamina, strength, and endurance
