In this first pop-up workshop, Leanne will share sustaining breakfast options ideal for the cooler months. These breakfasts are designed to nourish and nurture the body while naturally calming the mind.
You will learn:
- How to cook grains in a way that “activates” them, making them easier to digest, absorb, and assimilate
- How spices are used in Ayurveda to support digestion and help break down gluten
- How to make ghee (demonstration)
These breakfasts are:
- Light, soothing, and deeply nourishing
- Beneficial for slow metabolism, fatigue, anxiety, insomnia, low immunity, and chest congestion
- Excellent for the nervous system—grounding, stabilising, and calming
- Supportive of stamina, strength, and endurance
