Ayurveda Sound Healing Ritual: Sharad
A harmonious and intentional seasonal sound-healing ritual aligned with the Ayurveda Ritus to support balance.
Be guided to simply be in the present moment and cultivate lunar energy, supported by sounds to gently adapt through Ayurveda’s dosha-seasonal shift.
Ayurveda defines six seasons (Ritus) — each is associated with different Ayurveda dosha tendencies, environmental qualities & energetic needs.
Ayurveda Sound Healing Ritual at Flow and Food is a harmonious and intentional seasonal sound-healing aligned with the Ritus to support balance of your mind and body and your subtle energies through the rhythms of nature.
These events are a seasonal ritual for mind-body tuning aligned with nature’s cycles. Each coincides with a new moon, a natural ‘re-set’ that aligns with these rhythms, inviting intention-setting, inner reflection, and renewal.
Ayurveda Sound Healing Rituals support grounding, recalibration and relaxation. Expect deep rest as you journey through effortless meditation techniques, the resonance of seven-chakra Tibetan singing bowls, the application of beeji mantras and gentle breathing.
No experience necessary, everybody of any ability is welcome. Book now and reserve your spot for each season through 2026.
Spaces are limited - book early!
