I’m new and don’t know anyone. Will it be awkward?

Almost everyone comes solo. That’s kind of the point. The circle is designed to feel welcoming and low-pressure, with guided prompts that make it easy to speak (or just listen). You won’t be put on the spot, and there’s no expectation to impress anyone. Just come as you are :)

Do I have to share personal stories or speak in front of everyone?

No. You’re always free to pass. Some people love diving in, others prefer to listen first. Both are completely fine. Awâre is about presence.
