Autumn Equinox Yin Yoga & Sound Healing
90‑minute Autumn Equinox Yin Yoga & Sound Healing by the sea. A grounding sunset practice with special guest Felipe on the didgeridoo.
🍂 Autumn Equinox Yin Yoga & Sound Healing — A Seasonal Ritual
The Autumn Equinox marks a moment of balance — where light and dark meet before the season turns inward. It is a natural pause point, inviting reflection, release, and grounding as we transition into Autumn.
This 90‑minute Yin Yoga and Sound Healing session is held as a seasonal ritual. Set at sunset by the ocean, the practice mirrors nature’s rhythm — slowing down, softening, and settling as the light fades.
Yin Yoga works with the deeper layers of the body through long‑held, supported postures, encouraging the nervous system to unwind and the body to rest. In Traditional Chinese Medicine, Autumn is associated with the Metal element, which governs the Lung and Large Intestine meridians — linked to breath, immunity, and the ability to let go. This practice gently supports these pathways, creating space in the chest, spine, and hips, and fostering clarity and calm.
Sound healing weaves through the session as a grounding and integrative layer. We are joined by special guest Felipe on the didgeridoo, offering deep, earth‑based tones to support balance and nervous system regulation.
This is not about effort or achievement, but about consciously marking the turning of the season — leaving feeling grounded, settled, and nourished as Autumn begins.
