Join us for a soul-nourishing evening of yin yoga, sacred sound & seasonal ceremony as we honour the turning of the wheel into Autumn.

Ritual Sonics is an intuitive weaving of yin yoga, healing sound & ceremony, honouring the seasons and cycles of nature. Jade & Kristiaan hold a nurturing and grounded space for you to journey into deep relaxation, healing & restoration.

The Autumn Equinox is a sacred moment of balance - day and night equal - inviting reflection, release and realignment. As nature softens inward, we too are called to slow down and let go. In Traditional Chinese Medicine, this marks the transition from the nurturing Earth element into the refining energy of Metal - a season of sacred breath, clarity and gentle release.

Jade will guide a nourishing yin practice to ground your energy, soothe your nervous system and ease tension stored within the body. As you soften into stillness, Kristiaan will weave a meditative soundscape of crystal & Tibetan singing bowls, medicine drum, flute, chimes and intuitively channelled vocals.

Together, we’ll honour this seasonal threshold - through movement, breath & sound - returning to ourselves calm, clear and deeply restored.
