Do I have to share or speak in front of the group?

The simple answer is NO! There is nothing in circle that you have to do, you can sit and soak in the energy and be in your own process, or if you feel like sharing you can and are encouraged to do so as this is the process of being witnessed, seen and heard AND this is healing.

What if i know other women and this makes it hard to share?

Please know that what is said in circle stays in circle. Being in womens circle is an opportunity to be heard, to be seen and to be vulnerable. Often what is said on the night by you, if for you and is what you need to hear. This is a safe and sacred space and everyone is in their own process.

Why do we sit in circle?

Because there is no hierarchy in sacred womens business, just a safe and sacred space for sharing, transforming and connecting with like minded souls.
