Autumn Equinox Sacred Gathering
When the earth begins to let go, so do we. Autumn is not a season of loss — it is a season of honest release.
When the earth begins to let go, so do we.
Autumn is not a season of loss — it is a season of honest release. The leaves fall not because they have failed, but because their work is complete. This Autumn Equinox, you are invited into a full-day retreat to soften, slow, and consciously shed what is no longer meant to walk with you into the darker months. This is a day of grounding, ritual, and embodied presence - held on the land, in circle, with women who understand that becoming begins with letting go.
This Day Is a Threshold
The Autumn Equinox marks a moment of balance — equal light and dark — before the descent inward begins.
This retreat is designed as a rite of passage:
from holding to releasing
from effort to acceptance
from external noise to inner truth
You will be guided gently, deliberately, and with care. Nothing will be forced. Nothing will be rushed.
The Autumn Rite: Air-Dry Clay Ceremony
At the heart of this day is a somatic clay ritual. Clay invites the body to speak where words fall short. It allows emotion, memory, and intention to move through the hands and into form. You will be guided to:
work intuitively with air-dry clay
shape, press, or imprint what is ready to be released
honour endings without needing to explain them
This is not about creating something “beautiful.” It is about creating something true. Your clay piece becomes a witness — a physical marker of what you chose to lay down.
What the Day Includes
Throughout the day, you will be held in a carefully woven flow of ritual, reflection, and rest. You can expect:
Opening grounding and seasonal attunement
Guided reflection and journaling
Air-dry clay ritual and embodied creative practice
Time in nature on the land at Holbrook Farm
Gentle ritual to honour release and completion
A nourishing shared lunch
Closing circle to integrate and anchor the work
There is spaciousness woven throughout — time to breathe, to feel, and to simply be.
Who This Retreat Is For
This day is for you if:
you feel the quiet pull to slow down
you are ready to release patterns, roles, or identities that no longer fit
you crave depth over productivity
you value ritual, embodiment, and seasonal living
you want to be held — without being fixed
You do not need to arrive with clarity. You only need to arrive willing.
This Is Not For You If
This retreat may not be aligned if you are seeking:
a high-energy, social experience
constant guidance or reassurance
a “quick breakthrough” or surface-level healing
to bypass discomfort rather than meet it gently
This is a day of honesty, not performance.
The Setting: Holbrook Farm
Nestled in nature, Holbrook Farm offers a grounded, earthy container that mirrors the essence of Autumn itself. The land supports:
nervous system settling
deep presence
connection to the natural rhythms of life
This is not a studio retreat. It is a land-held experience.
Investment $444 per person
Your investment includes:
full-day guided retreat (9:30am – 4:30pm)
all ritual materials (including clay)
facilitation and space-holding
nourishing shared lunch
an intimate, intentionally held group
Places are limited to maintain the integrity of the circle.
A Final Note
Autumn asks us to trust the wisdom of release.
To stop gripping.
To stop carrying what is no longer ours.
To place it gently back into the earth.
If you feel the quiet yes in your body — this day is for you.
