Saturday, Mar 21, 2026 from 3:30 pm to 7:30 pm AEDT
Overview

Yoga, gong bath, astrology & shared meal to celebrate balance at the Autumn Equinox.

Yoga · Gong Bath · Astrology · Intention Setting · Community Meal
Elwood Anglers Club
With Alison Lasek, Kiran Jot & Dharamjot

As the seasons shift and the light begins to soften, we gather to honour the Autumn Equinox — a sacred point of balance between day and night.

This is a time to pause. To reflect. To harvest what has grown. To gently release what no longer serves.

Join us for an afternoon of grounding yoga, meditation, deep rest through gong sound healing, seasonal astrology insight, and heartfelt connection.

What to Expect

3:30pm – Arrival & Welcome
Settle in with tea and community.

Yoga & Meditation
A balanced, grounding practice to support transition into the autumn season.

Gong Bath
Featuring Sun Gong, Moon Gongs and an Earth Gong. To bring balance and deep relaxation to calm the nervous system and integrate the practice.

Pot-Luck Vegetarian Meal (5:30–6:30pm)
Please bring a vegetarian dish to share. Simple, nourishing food offered in community.

Astrology Forecast & Intention Setting
Seasonal insights and guided reflection to support your next chapter.

Eye Gazing & Closing Ritual (finishing 7:30pm)
A gentle, heart-opening close as we honour balance, connection, and gratitude.

🍂 Why Celebrate the Equinox?

The Autumn Equinox reminds us that balance is dynamic — light and dark, action and rest, effort and surrender. This gathering is an opportunity to consciously align with the season, reconnect with yourself, and strengthen community as we move toward the quieter months.

All are welcome. No prior yoga experience necessary.

Bring:

  • A yoga mat
  • A blanket or cushion for comfort
  • A vegetarian dish to share
  • A journal (optional)

We look forward to celebrating this beautiful seasonal turning with you.
