Welcome the new season with our Autumn Aufguss, a 90-minute communal sauna experience designed to reset and restore

Move at your own pace through the Finnish sauna, infrared sauna, invigorating ice bath, and finish with a deeply relaxing magnesium soak. Embrace the shift in seasons, reconnect with your body, and leave feeling grounded, warm, and renewed.

The session is designed to be shared and communal, creating an energising, European-inspired sauna atmosphere. Between heat rounds, guests have access to the ice bath for contrast and recovery, helping regulate body temperature and leave you feeling refreshed and clear-headed.

The experience concludes with dedicated time to soak and switch off, allowing your body to soften, your nervous system to settle, and the magnesium to support deep relaxation and recovery.

This experience is suitable for both first-time and regular sauna users. Guests should be well hydrated and comfortable with heat exposure. Numbers are limited per session to maintain quality and safety.
