Authenticity Workshop

Come along for a guided creative workshop designed to help you get curious, explore what authenticity means to you and express it through art.

Through a mix of reflection, intuitive mark-making and abstract expression, you’ll play with colour, shape, line and composition to create something personal without the pressure of making it perfect.

The workshop will guide you through a series of prompts and creative exercises exploring the different versions of ourselves: how others see us, how we present ourselves and who we are when no one is watching.

All materials and workshop props will be provided, and you’ll get to take your finished artwork home with you. There will also be wine and light snacks to enjoy along the way.

No art experience is needed. Just bring an open mind and a willingness to create, reflect and have a good time.
