This is not a casual workshop.

This is a focused, immersive space for people who are ready to meet themselves honestly and stay present with what is true, rather than avoid it.

If you are looking for something light or observational this will not be the right fit.

What this workshop offers

Many people have insight, language, and self-awareness, yet still feel stuck, unclear, or disconnected.

This workshop is designed for when thinking about it is no longer enough.

Over five hours, you will be guided through structured, experiential practices that support:

  • deeper self-awareness in the body, not just the mind
  • honest contact with what is actually alive for you
  • being seen and witnessed without fixing or performing
  • clarity around what matters most for you right now
  • staying present with truth, even when it feels uncomfortable

The depth comes from slowing down, not pushing harder.

This is not group therapy. It is a practice space.

The tone of the space

This workshop is:

  • grounded and embodied
  • emotionally honest
  • well-contained and supported
  • intentionally challenging in a clean, respectful way

You will never be forced to share.
You will be invited to stay present rather than default to comfort.

Participation is encouraged. Personal responsibility is expected.

What we will explore

Through a carefully designed flow, we will move through:

  • a long-form guided “movie meditation” into your inner world
  • curiosity and witnessing practices in pairs
  • journaling and embodiment to integrate insight
  • identifying the most important thing you are carrying right now
  • exploring different inner perspectives without collapsing into them
  • moments of silence, eye contact, and clean observation
  • integration so you leave steady and resourced
  • Refreshments and lunch are included.

There is depth here, and there is structure to hold it.

Commitment and container

This workshop runs as a continuous 6-hour container with a break of course.

Please only book if you can attend the full workshop without leaving early.
Late arrivals may not be admitted, as this disrupts the space.

Numbers are intentionally capped to protect safety and depth.

Who this is for

This workshop is for you if:

  • you want to relate with more honesty and presence
  • you are ready to meet an emotional or relational edge
  • you value depth over performance
  • you can take responsibility for your own experience
  • you are willing to participate rather than observe

Practical details

Date: Saturday 14 March
Time: 11:00 AM – 5:00 PM
Location: Temple on the Park, Newtown
What to bring: water, a journal, comfortable clothing

Value and refund guarantee

I price this workshop intentionally lower than the depth of work offered, to reduce barriers to entry.

If you attend and genuinely feel that this workshop did not deliver enough value for you, I am happy to offer a full refund, no questions asked. Simply let me know after the workshop.

This space is offered in good faith, and I trust people to engage with the same honesty.

Meet Your Facilitator

Hey, I’m Maz.

I came to Australia at 16 with no English and felt deeply out of place for a long time. By 18, life felt heavy enough that I didn’t want to be here anymore. After that, I learned how to numb. Games, substances, distractions. I was alive, but not really living.

Something eventually shook me awake. I realised how precious life is and that I didn’t want to waste it. The path out wasn’t clean or easy, but over time I let go of the habits that were keeping me disconnected and rebuilt a real relationship with myself and with life.

I studied psychology for over five years and was halfway through my Master’s, working as a provisional psychologist, when I chose to step away. I respect that world deeply. I also realised that what helped me most, and what many people need, are lived, relational spaces where honesty and presence are practised, not just talked about.

These workshops are my way of creating those spaces, for people wherever they are on that spectrum. From numbness to aliveness. From disconnection to real contact.

If this speaks to you, I’d be glad to hold the space with you.

Got questions?

Reach out to me, would be happy to answer them as best as I can.
