Join us for our online information session and meet:
- Australian Volunteers Program staff who will share insights about the program, the application process and the support you receive as an Australian volunteer.
- Former Australian volunteers who will share their experience on assignment and give you a glimpse of what life is like as a volunteer.
The Australian Government has supported skilled Australians to volunteer overseas for over 60 years.
We offer a range of volunteering modalities; in-country, hybrid and remotely from home. Australian volunteers come from a broad range of sectors, contributing the specific skills and experience required to support our partners.
We encourage people with disabilities, couples, people with children, people from the LGBTIQ+ community and Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander people to attend.
The online event will start at 6:00PM (AEST). We invite you to get comfy, bring along a cup of tea and learn about the program from where ever you may be in Australia.
