My popular series of Australian craft spirits masterclasses continues, this time exploring Australian Single Malt and blended Whisky.

For over a decade I’ve been a champion of the many fine Australian distillers as a writer, advocate and educator. Join me on Saturday 24 July for a fun and informative tasting experience where I share with you about the story of Australian whisky, production techniques, it’s styles, and showcase five different spirits from my own collection. You’ll also enjoy a welcome a Highball on arrival and antipasto platters from Cork and Glass. Places are limited to 12 people only to ensure a personalised experience. Coming up will be sessions on Australian rum, gin and more each month. I can also be booked for private events at your place, or the venue, for groups 8 or more.
