August Discovery Walkthrough: Australian Innovation

Duration: 30 minutes

Over 4000 objects are on display each weekend at the Museums Discovery Centre, crossing transport, technology and social history collections. Each object has a unique backstory and offers insight into our past and present.

Discovery Walkthroughs are 30-minute guided tours.

Session Times: every weekend at 10:00, 11:30, 1:00 & 2:30.

The theme for August 2021 is Australian Innovations. Discover some Australian-made innovations ― including the life-saving reel, pedestrian button and a robotic cow ― that have transformed industries and hear the stories behind their success.
