About this Event

Axiom: A Reimagined Reality is an art exhibition featuring the works of 50 Melbourne artists in celebration of International Day of People with Disability.

Our audio-described tours will describe select works in the exhibition in terms of their visual presentation – size, colour, artistic medium and the people, places and objects depicted as well as delve deeper in the artist’s intention and process.

The Brotherhood of St Laurence, together with Arts Access Victoria and Footscray Community Arts Centre, is hosting this exhibition to showcase the talent of local artists with disability.

Volunteers will be available to meet visitors nearby and support them to get to the gallery if needed. Please advise if you require this support when registering.
