Sponsored by Fever-Tree. Your ticket gives you unlimited spirit samples (sensibly of course), a tasting glass, tonic, soda water, and a cool tote bag. Take the opportunity to chat and taste with Kiwi and Aussie craft distillers. They will tell you how they make their spirit while you sample and savour it and if you love it you can purchase a bottle or two to take home.

All spirit samples are included over the 3½ hour tasting sessions.

The event liquor license requires that the pouring of all alcohol must cease 15 minutes prior to the end of each session. You'll have time to finish your samples and purchase bottles before you make your way home!

Ester Spirits Masterclass

Since bursting onto the scene in 2020, Ester Spirits has shaken up the Australian spirits game. Join distiller Felix Clark as he guides you through Ester’s award-winning gins and bottled cocktails, revealing how they developed their range of full-flavoured products inspired by the classics.

Using Ester’s signature drinks as your base, you’ll elevate them with clever twists, turning them from serious cocktails to fun highballs, uncovering the secrets behind Ester’s creative process. It’s a hands-on, taste-forward session for anyone who loves cocktails with character.

Bluff Distillery Masterclass

Inspired by a mission to bottle the bold, untamed spirit of Bluff, New Zealand’s southernmost town, Bluff Distillery has carved out a name with its unapologetically local take on London Dry Gin.

Set against the raw beauty of the southern coast, guests are invited to experience the story of Bluff through its gin. Join Head Distiller Chris Fraser as he leads you through a tasting of the Bluff London Dry Gin, sharing insights into the botanicals, coastal character, and craft behind every batch.
