Session details
Across the program, sessions are shaped by a small number of core themes that reflect the realities of professional responsibility and leadership. These themes are introduced as lenses rather than content, helping participants examine how authority, role, boundaries, power, decision making, uncertainty, and change show up in their own work.
The first session each month is guided by one of these themes, while the second session remains open and participant led, drawing on what is most relevant at the table. This structure provides clarity and consistency, while allowing conversations to remain grounded in real experience rather than fixed agendas.

Agenda
-
Session 1 - 23 April 2026 - Foundation and Orientation
The first session sets the tone for the program and establishes how the group will work together. Participants are introduced to the structure, expectations, and facilitation approach, with particular attention to presence, confidentiality, and quality of engagement. The session focuses on orienting the group, clarifying individual intent for being at the table, and beginning to surface the professional contexts and responsibilities participants are carrying. This session creates the foundation for trust, depth, and meaningful conversation across the four months.
-
Session 2 - 7 May 2026 - Authority, Responsibility, and Choice
This guided session explores how authority and responsibility are experienced and enacted in professional roles. Participants examine where responsibility is held, avoided, shared, or over carried, and where genuine choice exists or feels constrained. The conversation focuses on practical realities rather than theory, helping participants notice patterns in how they take responsibility, exercise authority, and respond to expectation and pressure in their work.
-
Session 3 - 21 May 2026 - Open Practice Session
This session is shaped by what participants bring to the table. Individuals are invited to raise current situations, decisions, or tensions from their professional lives. With facilitation support, the group works with one or two live pieces of work, using collective reflection and inquiry to deepen understanding and perspective. The focus is on thinking well together rather than problem solving or advice giving.
