Overview

Pull up a chair and be a part of the growth fuelled environment - At The Table - a development space facilitated by local professionals.

A facilitated professional development program delivered through eight small group sessions over four months.

A maximum of 12 participants meet twice a month for 1.5 hour in person sessions. The same group meets across the full program, allowing depth, trust, and meaningful development to build over time.

The program is designed to support participants to grow and develop both personally and professionally through guided conversation, reflection, and shared learning. Sessions are actively facilitated by two highly skilled and experienced coaches, ensuring focus, structure, and depth in every session.

At The Table is not a course, workshop, or networking event. It is a facilitated group development experience for professionals who want to engage more deliberately with their work, leadership, and personal practice.

What can I expect?

Participants can expect:

  • Eight structured, facilitated 1.5 hour sessions
  • A consistent group of up to 12 participants
  • Two in person sessions per month over four months
  • Active facilitation by two experienced professional coaches
  • Space for personal and professional development through conversation and reflection
  • A balance of structure, guidance, and participant contribution

This program is designed to be focused, intentional, and developmental, rather than instructional or content driven.

About Deborah & Christine

Christine Thornton is an ICF credentialed coach, executive, and consultant with over 20 years’ experience across the non profit and private sectors.

She is the Founder of 3Minds, a strategy and advisory practice focused on leadership, organisational performance, and professional practice, and currently serves as Chief Executive Officer of Wyndham Health Foundation.

Christine has held senior executive and Non Executive Director roles and brings strong cross functional expertise spanning strategy, innovation, governance, finance, and people and culture. She is known for driving strategic growth, leading transformational change, and supporting leaders, boards, and organisations to think clearly and act deliberately in complex environments.

Her approach is commercially grounded, practical, and human, with a strong focus on clarity, responsibility, and meaningful impact.

Deborah Dickinson is a Māori cultural consultant, leadership facilitator, and keynote speaker with over 20 years’ experience across operational and senior leadership roles, including progression from factory floor to General Manager.

She brings a strong cultural lens to leadership and development, supporting individuals and teams to build confidence, strengthen self leadership, and engage more deliberately with responsibility and work.

Deborah is known for her grounded presence and practical approach, creating spaces where people can reflect honestly, challenge assumptions, and develop capability in ways that are sustainable and meaningful.

Investment $1,080 for the full 8-session four month program
Tickets are for the full 8-session program (this is a cohort). There are no single-session tickets.

A payment plan option is available: Pay in 3 instalments of $360. Select “At The Table: 8 sessions - Payment Plan” to secure your place. Remaining instalments will be invoiced/paid via TBC in early May & June.

Registration and Payment
Registration is confirmed upon receipt of payment.

Places are limited and allocated on a first come basis.

Payment must be received prior to program commencement.

Where a payment plan is selected, participants commit to full payment of all instalments.

Program Commitment

  • At The Table is a cohort based program delivered over four months.
  • Participants are committing to the full eight session program.
  • The quality of the experience relies on continuity, preparation, and active participation.
  • There is no option to attend individual sessions or transfer between intakes.

Attendance

  • Participants are expected to attend all sessions wherever possible.
  • Missed sessions cannot be transferred to future intakes or substituted with alternative sessions.
  • No refunds or credits are provided for missed sessions.

Cancellations and Refunds

  • Refunds are not available once the program has commenced.
  • If cancellation occurs prior to commencement, refunds will be considered on a case by case basis, less any administrative costs.
  • If the program is cancelled by the organisers, participants will receive a full refund.

Confidentiality and Conduct

Participants agree to maintain confidentiality of all personal and professional information shared within sessions.

  • Respectful, professional behaviour is expected at all times.
  • The facilitators reserve the right to address behaviour that undermines psychological safety or group integrity.

Nature of the Program
At The Table is a facilitated professional development program.

  • It is not therapy, counselling, or clinical psychological support.
  • It is not one to one coaching, training, or advisory services.
  • Participants remain responsible for their own decisions and actions arising from the program.

Liability

  • Participation is at the participant’s own discretion.
  • The organisers accept no liability for outcomes resulting from the application of insights or discussions arising from the program.

Changes to Program

  • Facilitators reserve the right to make reasonable changes to session content, dates, or venue if required.
  • Participants will be notified of any material changes as early as possible.
