Assessment centres are an important part of the intern and graduate recruitment process.

Assessment centres are an important part of the intern and graduate recruitment process. They allow employers to assess job applicants in a simulated work environment.

In this workshop, you will:

• understand the various components of an assessment centre
• identify skills that are assessed during an assessment centre and tips to help you perform your best
• participate in a mock assessment centre (group task), in a safe environment
• receive feedback and reflect on your practice activity.
