Join BTLawers and ASIEQ as we deep dive into what constitutes a pre-existing condition with well-known Orthopaedic Surgeon and lower limb expert, Dr David Hayes.
Admitted as a Fellow to the Royal Australasian college of Surgeons in 1999, Dr Hayes specialises in knee, hip and sports medicine surgery. He was awarded the AOSSM Asia Pacific Travelling Sports Medicine Fellowship in 2002 and regularly lectures nationally and internationally.
The event will be hosted by BTLawyers’ Director Principal Kerrie Jackson. Kerrie specialises in insurance and commercial law and insurance litigation.
Pre-existing conditions can be difficult to diagnose, manage and disentangle from compensable injuries. We look forward to hearing Dr Hayes’ insights on the topic in the context of lower limb injuries.
