Artificial Intelligence - what it means for you

Narooma LibraryNarooma, NSW
Tuesday, Mar 3 from 10:30 am to 1:30 pm AEDT
Overview

As part of this year's Seniors Festival, join Phil and learn what AI means for you.

As part of this year's Seniors Festival, join this session with Phil from South Coast Community College, as he cuts through the noise and explains AI in a clear, practical and reassuring way.

You’ve probably heard a lot about AI in the news, online, and from friends and family. Some of it sounds exciting. Some of it sounds worrying.

This engaging workshop explores:

  • what AI really is
  • where you already encounter it in everyday life
  • how to use it sensibly and safely without any technical knowledge.

No prior experience is needed. Participants are welcome to bring a device or simply come along to listen and learn.

Cost: free

Terms and conditions

Your attendance at events supported by Eurobodalla Libraries may be digitally recorded through photographs and/or video recordings. Images may be used for promotional purposes on the council’s websites, publications, social media or by newspapers. By attending this session, you agree to these terms.
