ARTsTNT (Tips & Tools) Professional development talk by Kelsey Cross.

Art Therapy uses the creative process to help individuals express emotions, gain insights, enhance personal growth, heal trauma, reduce anxiety and improve their mental health. Typically, sessions involve some form of art making followed by reflective discussions. This can help individuals make connections between their inner thoughts and feelings, and their outward experiences.


Date & Time: Wednesday 29th April 2026// Time 6 - 7:30pm

Venue: Located inside Wanneroo Library, upstairs in the Wanneroo Library & Cultural centre, 3 Rocca Way, Wanneroo.

Parking: Ample parking in the surrounding streets and in the Wanneroo Shopping Centre carpark.
