Art Therapy Group for Carers Aged 50+ (Campbelltown)

Let's dive into a world of colours and emotions at our Art Therapy Group sessions - a creative escape awaits you!

Carer Gateway is pleased to invite you to join our art therapy group workshop for carers aged 50+.

These sessions are facilitated by trained and experienced counsellors in a group-based setting that provides an opportunity to connect with other carers of a similar age and express thoughts and feelings with art. No artistic experience necessary! All art materials will be provided. Morning tea will also be provided.

Sessions will be held weekly from 10:30am - 12:30pm on Thursdays 12th, 19th and 26th February, 2026. We recommend attending all sessions to get the most from the experience. Carers may also be required to complete a wellbeing assessment to determine suitability and provide best supports to carers prior to commencement of the group.

Please note: This event is open to residents living in South-Western Sydney and Nepean Blue Mountains regions in NSW, Australia only. Participants must also be registered with Carer Gateway (we can assist with new registrations for eligible participants).
