Description

About:

In this new program, babies 4 – 12 months, together with their parents and carers, can explore the ‘Tony Albert: Visible’ exhibition through an engaging tour that looks at colour, contrast and texture and is followed by a multi-sensory interactive play session.

Tony Albert is an Australian artist who works across a wide range of mediums including, painting, sculpture, photography and assemblage. Within his practice, Albert often reclaims ‘Aboriginalia’ to recontextualise and focus attention on the stories and histories of Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander people. ‘Tony Albert: Visible’ is a thought provoking exhibition that marks major moments of Tony Albert’s career, and features recent commissioned works.

The program runs for approximately 45 minutes.
