ART FOR ALL 2026: Free Inclusive Youth Art Program Information Session
We're inviting young people from diverse communities to participate in a series of creative sessions in 2026.
Art for All (AFA) is an inclusive and FREE visual arts program designed for young people with diverse voices.
This initiative offers a safe, welcoming space to explore creativity, connect with artists, and build friendships. Enjoy exhibitions and artmaking at Museum of Art and Culture, yapang and Multi-Arts Pavilion, mima.
Who can participate?
We welcome any young person aged 12–24 who feels they would benefit from creative connection and wants to be part of this inclusive program—everyone is welcome!
We especially invite youth from the following communities:
- Queer Youth
- Youth with Disabilities
- Culturally Diverse Youth
Program Highlights:
- Groups will attend 8 creative sessions throughout the year on selected Thursdays and Saturdays.
- Attend exhibition tours with curators and art educators.
- All art materials are provided.
- Celebrate your achievements at an end-of-year event and digital showcase at MAP mima.
If you’d like to be part of this program, register your interest by attending our information session on Saturday, 28 February, from 10:30 AM to 11:30 AM. During the session, you’ll learn about the program structure, meet some of our artist educators, and have the opportunity to ask any questions you may have.
If you’re unable to attend or would like more information, please contact our AFA Program Coordinator, Joanna Davies, at jldavies@lakemac.nsw.gov.au.
