Thursday, Feb 5, 2026 from 10 am to 12 pm ACDT
Overview

Explore creating art as a way to support mental health and wellbeing.

Art and Soul is a relaxed, unstructured group where you can connect with others, experiment with art materials, and express yourself in a safe, supportive space. Start a project to work on throughout the program, or come along to try something different each week. Be guided by how you feel on your journey with expressive art.

What to expect:

  • Welcoming studio environment with optional art prompts and materials provided
  • Space to bring your own materials if you prefer.
  • Tea and coffee provided
  • No formal art tuition—this is about self-guided creativity and expression.
  • Eva, a counsellor, present each week.

About Eva:
Eva holds a Masters in Counselling and Psychotherapy and works as a counsellor at Birthline Pregnancy Support. She’s local to Tea Tree Gully and a mother of three. Eva has recently discovered the joy of making art and is still on her own creative journey. She brings experience in supporting people through life’s challenges and believes in compassionate curiosity and non-judgemental conversations.
