Aromatherapy Essentials

This informative and interactive essential oils workshop will be led by Paul Rudge, a qualified Aromatherapist and Naturopath.He is the co-owner of Helping Touch Natural Health Clinic; a health practitioner and educator.

Essential oils are a great alternative to synthetic perfumes. They're a concentrated distillation of herbs, flowers, barks and resins that have the most amazing healing benefits. In this workshop we will teach you how to design your own signature blend for uplifting, calming, soothing or simply to enjoy as a perfume. 
Beyond the pleasure of perfume, essential oils form the basis for the practice of aromatherapy - using oils to treat health problems. However, there are some precautions required when using essential oils, so we'll show you how to use them safely.
