Terms & Conditions

ARDEX BUILD WA DRAW

1. ARDEX Australia Pty Ltd; ABN: 82 000 550 005; of 20 Powers Rd, SEVEN HILLS, NSW 2147 Australia; is the organiser of this trade promotion lottery.

2. The Promotion is titled ARDEX BUILD WA DRAW (the Promotion).

3. The Promotion period is 9am-3pm AWST on 25 September and is to be held at ARDEX BUILD WA (the Event) at the venue.

4. This Promotion complies with the general conditions set out in the Gaming and Wagering Commission Act 1987 Section 102.

Conditions of Entry

5. Promotion participants (Participants) are defined as individuals who register to the event and check-in to the event.

6. The conditions of entry comply with Regulation 36A and Schedule 5 of the Gaming and Wagering Commission Regulations 1988 and include:

a. The Promotion is free for Participants to enter

b. The Promotion is open to Australian residents only

c. Participants of the Promotion must check-in to the Event

d. Entries are open between 9am-3pm on the day of the Event

e. Participants must first register to the event, then check-in to the Event

f. ARDEX Australia staff, or their family members, are not eligible to enter the Promotion

g. Participants can enter the promotion once only.

Conduct of the Lottery

7. The lottery draw will take place at 3.15pm and the winner will be randomly selected from the list of check-in Participants. The prize will be presented immediately if the Participant is present, or, couriered to the winning Participant the next working day.

8. The conditions of the lottery comply with Regulation 36A and Schedule 5 of the Gaming and Wagering Commission Regulations 1988.

Details of the Prize

9. There prizes are TBC.

10. ARDEX Australia takes no responsibility in any costs or associated maintenance of the prize.

11. The Promotion and the associated Terms & Conditions are publicly available via the digital event listings on the Internet, as stipulated by Schedule 5 Conditions for trade promotion lottery. They are also made physically available on the day of the Promotion, alongside the prize.
