Our Feb 2019 event kicks off at 09:30 with an update on the Independent APS Review.

The remainder of the day will be split into 2 halves.

The theme of our morning event is Engaging with Data featuring presentations on:

  • Harnessing A.I. - backed Insight to Drive Business Transformation presented by Datacom and IP Australia
  • Engaging with Data - the ATO's approach to Data Insight and Analytics
  • Building a Compelling Business Case and use Data Driven Insights panel discussion.
  • the APSC's Workforce Planning 2019 Update

Our networking lunch will give you the opportunity to meet with over 100 Workforce Planning and HR Practitioners from across the Public Sector.

We'll return after lunch at 1pm with an afternoon session devoted to the 2019 APS Employee Census. As part of this you'll get updates from the APSC and ORC on a range of topics including:

  • The Development of the 2019 Census Strategy
  • The 2019 timeline, questionnaire changes and communication strategy
  • The importance of Staff Surveys
  • Strategies for ensuring participation and representation.
