Applied Anatomy & Physiology - IAYT Accredited Yoga Therapy Module
Join us for an exciting online event that dives deep into the fascinating world of applied anatomy and physiology in the context of yoga therapy. This three weekend module, part of our Wisdom Yoga Therapy program accredited by the International Association of Yoga Therapists (IAYT), is designed to provide you with a comprehensive understanding of how the human body works and how it relates to the practice of yoga.
Through interactive online sessions, expert instructors Dr Chandrika Gibson and physiotherapist and senior yoga teacher Stephen Byrne will guide you through a range of topics, including musculoskeletal anatomy, nervous system function, and physiological responses to yoga practices. You'll gain valuable insights into how yoga can be used as a therapeutic tool to support physical and mental well-being.

Times (AWST): Fridays 6pm - 9pm, Saturdays 2pm - 7.30pm, Sundays 12pm - 4.30pm
