Overview

Learn, make, taste authentic Italian Aperitivo with an Aperol Spritz, then take home the nibbles you make to share with your loved ones.

In Italy, we have something of a ritual that is called APERITIVO, especially during the weekend, before lunch time or before dinner time, you met your friends in a bar/café/pub and you have a drink (usually Spritz or white wine) and they bring you Spritz and wine with nibbles to share.

Sometimes it looks more like a proper dinner than just an aperitivo, but you know that Italians often exaggerate with food….

In this class we will show you few Italian nibbles named ‘salatini’ (little savoury bites), in Italy you can buy them in pastry shops or in a good bakery, or you can prepare them yourself.

In this class you’ll learn how to prepare 5 different types of salatini from scratch, then we’ll prepare a Spritz and we’ll enjoy the aperitivo together eating, drinking and chatting.

You can take home few of the Salatini to share with your family and you’ll receive the recipe book (salatini and an Aperol Spritz also).

Book this class and learn the art of the Italian Aperitivo, an important masterpiece of La Dolce Vita. You can't miss this !!!

All our recipes are hands on, you’ll be working in your private bench space with a maximum of 14 participants to ensure that every one of you will be well looked after and to maximise your learning and help you to master the skills required.
