ANU Student Card Collection
Book in to collect your ANU Student Card in N-Week (week prior to O-Week), O-Week and Week 1 of Semester 1 2026.
Collecting Your ANU Student Card
As you prepare for the upcoming semester, please review the information below on how to collect your student card.
Why You Need a Student Card
Your ANU student card is your official university ID. It is compulsory for students to present their ANU student card at all examinations as proof of identity and for accessing various campus facilities and services.
Booking a timeslot
You must book a timeslot to collect your student card during this period.
Before Your Appointment
To be eligible to collect your student card, ensure you have:
- Completed all tasks in your ANUHub account (e.g. Student Task Wizard, Commonwealth Assistance Forms)
- Finalised your enrolment in courses or research for the current semester
Once completed, attend your booked timeslot at the Marie Reay pop-up.
What to Bring
- A valid, original photo ID (e.g. passport or driver’s licence - copies or photos will not be accepted)
- Digital IDs from official government apps (e.g. Service NSW) are accepted
- Your ANU student ID number
Booking Conditions
- Late arrivals: Arriving 15+ minutes late will result in automatic cancellation, and you will need to rebook into a different timeslot
- One booking per student: Multiple bookings will be cancelled.
Missed the Booking Period?
If you're unable to attend during N-Week, O-Week or Week 1, you can still collect your card from Student Central during the semester — no booking required.
Please cancel your booking if you no longer plan to attend, so others may take your place.
