The ANU Engagement and Success team bring you this event alongside our 'First in Family' online campaign, running from 12 - 23 April 2021. Through the campaign and event we are seeking to increase visibility of first generation students, alumni and staff at the university and create opportunities for connection, belonging and sharing of personal stories to demystify traditions, assumptions and concepts of higher education.
The event will provide an opportunity for first in family students to “see themselves” represented throughout the community and socialise with other students, staff and alumni who come from similar backgrounds. We are keen for this event to become an annual celebration and hope you will join us for some afternoon tea and good conversation on the 21 April 2021.
