Join us in a collaborative effort to maximise our impact and amplify our voice!

Western Sydney Community Forum is once again holding its annual sector-wide workshop, in partnership with Sector Connect, NCOSS and the Centre for Western Sydney.

This year's workshop will:

  • Share the findings and analysis from last year's workshop and track progress to date.
  • Discuss the work of the Greater Western Sydney Sector Support, Development & Advocacy Leadership Group and Strategy.
  • Hear from NCOSS on how workshop feedback will be used to support and advocate for the Western Sydney community sector.
  • Contribute to the research being done by the University of NSW to demonstrate and measure the impact of Western Sydney's community services sector; and
  • Participate in roundtable discussions on regional priorities and sector support needs.

By coordinating our efforts, we can strengthen our regional voice and collective work in response to limited resources and ongoing inequities.

The workshop will cross sectors and funding programs, like First Nations, children, family, youth, women, disability, aged, housing, multicultural, and health and wellbeing services, driving holistic service system development and regional and sector representation.

We need your input to shape our work, and hope you and your team can join us.

Registration opens from 9.30am for a 10.00am start.

This workshop is partially funded by the NSW Government's Community and Family Support program (CAFS).
