Starring an elderly man, exceptionally kind but lonely and facing homelessness, who gets the odd opportunity to take the place of cranky old Bernard at Wattle River Nursing Home. A feel good and lighthearted story sharing insights into the poignant issues of grief, ageing and finding family. Anna is well versed with aged care, having given up an imminent career in medicine to work in her grandfather's nursing home so she could be close to him.
