Description

A complete introductory course in order to learn all level one Animal Flow® movements. These movements will be integrated into flows. What is great about the course format is that each session is structured for progress. Working with others is highly supportive, aids your own learning, and is so much fun.! Suited to participants with a sense of adventure, beginners through to participants of advanced fitness.

Animal Flow® is an innovative new fitness program that combines quadrupedal and ground based movements with elements from various bodyweight training disciplines to create a fun, challenging, multi-planar workout. By reconnecting to their bodies through movement training, Animal Flow® enthusiasts gain a better understanding of their bodies while enjoying increased mobility, flexibility, stability, power, endurance, skill and neuromuscular communication. Animal Flow® includes a wide range of exercises and movement combinations that are grouped into six components, each designed to elicit specific results.

Terms and Conditions

No refunds, unless the complete course is cancelled by Flexagility, in which case a full refund will be issued. In the event of a single session cancellation by Flexagility, you will be able to reserve a place in a rescheduled class of the same type.
All sessions are mandatory as the program runs to a strict progressive schedule.
Non attendance for any reason will deem the session forfeited.
No transfer of class sessions to another participant.
Sessions purchased cannot be applied to a different type of class or course.
Expiry for courses occur on each scheduled course date.
Each partcipant will be required to accept a waiver in person prior to attending class/classes. Minimum age 16 years.

FAQs

What levels of fitness does this course cater to?

The ability to move around on the floor and between standing positions and floor positions, safely and independently, is a prerequisite for all classes.Beginners to advanced partcipants are welcome.
