This profound gathering weaves together the heart-opening spirit of Ceremonial Cacao with the ancient resonance of sound and crystal healing.
Through healing vibrations, frequency and intention, we journey through a heart opening of Cacao, ancestral instruments and the powerful vibration of crystals to support reconnection with the wisdom that lives within you and all around you.

✨ THE JOURNEY

We begin the journey with Ceremonial Cacao, gently opening a grounded and heart-centred space, inviting presence and connection as we prepare the body and energy field for the healing work ahead.

From this heart-opened space, we travel together through an Ancient Sound Journey, intuitively guided by sacred ancestral instruments from around the world, including:
Therapeutic Singing Bowls, Andean flutes, Didgeridoo, Native American flutes, Clay Ocarinas, Powwow drum, Ngoni, Duduk, Harmonica and more, each carrying ancestral memory, medicine and vibration.

Alongside the sound journey, we work with the wisdom of Crystals, guiding you into a deep Crystal Meditation and the art of laying crystals and stones on the body, combined with Reiki energy healing. This supports energetic balance, alignment and awareness, gently opening the field of consciousness.

These ancestral medicines have been used for thousands of years across cultures.
As energetic beings, nearly 70% water, sound vibration and crystal interaction with our energy field help restore balance, allowing us to naturally reconnect with our healing frequency and greater wellbeing.

Through the union of Sound and Crystal energy, you are guided into deep relaxation and healing, listening to the voice of your soul, releasing what no longer serves you, and restoring harmony within your being.

• A closing integration and sharing circle, with guidance on how to support your process in the days that follow

No prior experience is needed, simply come as you are.

🧘 WHAT TO BRING

• Yoga mat, cushion and blanket (studio provides basics)
• Water bottle
• Anything you need to feel comfortable lying down (eye pillow, extra blanket, crystals)
• Optional: a notebook and pen to journal reflections or insights
• You’re welcome to bring your own crystals or amulets to infuse them with intention

Please note: the session may extend up to 10 minutes beyond the scheduled time.

The presence of crystals in our bodies positively affects electromagnetic fields, activating our Chakras, our energy centers. The body naturally tunes into the crystalline vibration, amplifying the senses, opening portals to access the multidimensional self. They possess a high vibrational power and are used for holistic energy work, connecting spiritually and addressing emotions, physical ailments, mental patterns, limiting beliefs, and more.

Vinka Bravo @be.spirit

Vinka is a healer and shamanic crystal therapist, photographer, and graphic designer. Founder and owner of BE SPIRIT, a store for spiritual products, healings, and holistic therapies & Be Spirit Healing Arts Academy (Academy of Holistic Healing Arts).

Her passion is traveling, which led her 13 years ago to study different methodologies in the holistic world in various parts of the world, such as Shamanic and Therapeutic Crystal Healing (7 years experience) in Australia and Argentina, Reiki, Channeling, Akashic Records, Integral Yoga with Meditation and Pranayama 800 hrs, Sacred Geometry, Chakra Reading & Alignment with essential oils, Therapeutic Tarot & oracles, Astrology, among other methodologies.

Her mission and intention are to expand crystalline consciousness through community and tribe, supporting the collective awakening of awareness. Through her work, she seeks to inspire balance, harmony, and a deeper reconnection with the soul and spirit—where the spiritual and the earthly meet through the wisdom of the Earth.

Daniele Manodritto @danielhhand

Daniele is a musician, artist, producer and facilitator of transformation and change through sound. With deep reverence for sacred instruments, Daniele offers sound healing ceremonies and 1:1 sessions where he explores the healing power of vibration.

Over the last two years, Daniele explored a myriad of musical instruments such as: native american flutes, didgeridoo, shamanic drum, handpan, gongs, bowls and voice. He also works with the alchemial fusion of ancient sounds with modern technology, producing a range of deep meditative tracks for at-home sound journeying, as well as tribal focused sets for ecstatic dance ceremonies.

Many of his instruments resonate at the healing frequency of 432Hz, known as the harmonic intonation of nature.

In session, Daniele has the gift of weaving together ancient indigenous sounds from all over the world to help the listener enter deeper states of awareness, access their inner wisdom and empowerment for intuitive self healing.

His intention is to support the evolution of the collective consciousness by sharing the various creative expressions of sounds, knowing that music is a universal language and connects to anyone who listens with a gentle heart.
