Inspired by NAIDOC Week 2017’s theme “Our Languages Matter,” this July the South Australian Museum is celebrating and exploring Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander languages and culture.

Researchers Giles Hamm and Adnyamathanha elder Cliff Coulthard recently discovered evidence that Aboriginal people have lived in the Flinders Ranges for over 45,000 years! Join us for an engaging talk about megafauna, Aboriginal culture, and being in the right place at the right time.


Please note: all attendees (adults and children) need to reserve a ticket for this event. You do not need to bring a physical ticket as our staff will have a list of names on the day.
