Course Description

Suitable for all levels of experience

Join us for a comprehensive exploration of human anatomy through art in this immersive two-day workshop. Designed for artists of all levels, this workshop will delve into the intricate details of the skeletal and muscular systems, providing you with the knowledge and skills needed to create realistic and dynamic figure drawings.

Day 1 will focus on understanding the human skeleton, including identifying and sketching major bones of the body. You will learn the importance of bone structure in figure drawing and how to apply this knowledge to improve your proportions and compositions. Through hands-on exercises and guided instruction, you will gain confidence in drawing accurate skeletal structures.

Day 2 will shift the focus to muscular anatomy and movement. You will explore major muscle groups, learn how muscles contribute to movement and form, and practice drawing muscles on a simplified skeletal structure. By the end of the workshop, you will have a deeper appreciation for the complexity and beauty of the human form, as well as practical skills that you can apply to your own artwork.

Don't miss this opportunity to enhance your figure drawing skills and elevate your art to new heights. Whether you're a beginner looking to build a strong foundation or an experienced artist seeking to refine your techniques, this workshop will inspire and empower you to create stunning figure drawings.
